The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, organized a clinical practice course (Vet Clinic Practice 5) for 6th-year students, providing them with the opportunity to learn and develop veterinary professional skills from November 11 to 29, 2024. The program was divided into three stations:
✨ Station 1: The Institute of Natural Resources and Environment, RMUTSV Trang Campus
Students conducted health checks on sea turtles, collected samples for clinical diagnostics, planned treatment, and monitored the turtles’ health. The station was supervised by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pimwarang Sukkaran and Ms. Supaporn Nuchu.
✨ Station 2: Elephant Hill, Surat Thani Province
Students attended a lecture on elephant biology, behavior, and management, and presented their findings. The station was supervised by Ms. Supaporn Kanjanasilathip.
✨ Station 3: Phuket
On November 11, 2024, students visited Tiger Park Phuket to learn about tiger behavior. On November 12, 2024, they visited the Upper Andaman Sea Marine and Coastal Resource Research Center in Phuket. The station was supervised by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ravigan Inchuay and Mr. Chakrapong Muangsub.
