RMUTSV Veterinary Students Gain International Experience in Aquatic Animal Science!
Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimwarang Sukkanan, along with five students from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RMUTSV), participated in the RUTS and UMT International Collaboration Camp 2025 (Tropical Aquaculture Camp).
📍The camp was held from June 9–13, 2025, at the Faculty of Science and Fisheries Technology, RMUTSV Trang Campus.
🦐🐟 During the camp, students engaged in hands-on training on various topics, including:
✅ Diagnosis of diseases in shrimp and fish
✅ Oyster breeding techniques
✅ Visits to community-based aquaculture farms
✅ Cross-cultural exchange activities
✨The event commenced with a welcoming speech by Asst. Prof. Manoch Kumcharoen, Dean of the Faculty of Science and Fisheries Technology. The opening ceremony was presided over by Dr. Lamul Kayurin, Assistant to the President for International Affairs, and featured a token of appreciation presented by Asst. Prof. Sitthichok Chanyong, Vice President of Trang Campus, to the participating guests.
