On June 27, 2025,
Asst. Prof. Dr. Teerawit Chantip, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Science, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, presided over the opening ceremony of the “First Step under the Yangna Sky: Bai Sri Su Kwan Ceremony, 18th Edition.”
He also delivered a special lecture on the topic:
“The First Step of VET-RMUTSV Students toward the Veterinary Profession”
to new first-year students from the following programs:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
- Veterinary Technology
- Veterinary Nursing
A total of 109 students participated in the event, which aimed to foster students’ understanding of their roles and responsibilities and to instill pride in their chosen profession.
In addition, the faculty had the honor of welcoming three alumni guest speakers:
- Dr. Pakpoom Maspoom (DVM)
- Dr. Natteera Suwannaphakdee (DVM)
- Dr. Anusorn Somwong (DVM)
The event was held at the Prajeep Chupun Meeting Room (Lecture Room 3), Small Animal Hospital Building, Faculty of Veterinary Science, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya.
