On July 19, 2025, the Student Development Division of the Faculty of Veterinary Science, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, organized the second round of the “Heart Care: Teachers Who Care” project at Lecture Room 4, Small Animal Hospital Building, Thung Yai Campus, Nakhon Si Thammarat.
The project aimed to promote self-awareness, emotional intelligence, stress management, and the ability to cope with work-related and personal challenges among faculty members, staff, and student leaders. Additionally, it focused on cultivating active listening skills in order to enhance their abilities to become effective and empathetic counselors.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Asst. Prof. Dr. Dhiravit Chantip, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Science. The workshop featured Asst. Prof. Dr. Sineenart Khembuppha and Lecturer Sophawan Rattanaphan as guest speakers and facilitators, delivering insightful knowledge and engaging hands-on activities throughout the event.
A total of 60 participants—including faculty members, staff, and student leaders—took part in this program, which was overseen by Dr. Mathurot Suwanruengsri, Vice deanfor Student Development. The event served as a meaningful initiative to promote mental well-being and holistic care within the organization, while also strengthening a supportive counseling network within the faculty.
