On October 3, 2025, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, participated in the event “Show, Taste, Shop: All about Khuan Lenoi Buffaloes.”
The faculty was represented by Dr. Kosit Areekit, DVM, veterinarian at the University’s Animal Hospital and Academic Service Center, as assigned by Asst. Prof. Dr.Dhiravit Chantip, DVM, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, to attend the opening ceremony of the project.
As part of the event, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine organized an activity on buffalo health check-up knowledge, aimed at promoting animal health awareness among farmers and local communities. This initiative supports the “Premium Phatthalung Model: Enhancing the Quality of the Grassroots Economy in the Lake Basin Area through the Value Chain of Mountain–Forest–Field–Lake by Collaborative Networks” at the Ban Hua Pa Khiao Arts and Crafts Center, Thale Noi Subdistrict, Khuan Khanun District, Phatthalung Province.
