On 14 November 2025, at Nanaburi Hotel, Mueang Chumphon District, Chumphon Province, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RMUTSV) organized a signing ceremony to expand collaboration in the establishment of the Integrated Broiler Academy, a comprehensive learning center for broiler production.
The agreement was signed between the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, RMUTSV, and Lookpla Farm Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies.
The signing was led by Asst.Prof.Dr.Dhiravit Chantip, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, RMUTSV, together with university executives and faculty members, and Mr. Chanat Jamjunta, Chairman of Lookpla Farm Co., Ltd. and its affiliates. The ceremony was also witnessed by distinguished experts, faculty advisors, and representatives from the Chumphon Provincial Livestock Office.
Lookpla Farm Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies operate a fully integrated broiler production system for both domestic consumption and export. Their operations include breeder farms, hatcheries, broiler farms, slaughtering and processing facilities, by-product processing plants, and product service centers.
The key objectives of this collaboration are to develop and elevate the broiler production industry sustainably, covering all stages from upstream to midstream and downstream, with an emphasis on value-added processing for modern trade markets and exports.
It also aims to develop a workforce with competencies that meet the needs of farmers and the poultry industry, as well as to provide academic services to communities and society in broiler production and health management.
Ultimately, this initiative seeks to reduce production costs, increase profit per unit, reduce imports, and strengthen the competitiveness of farmers and the poultry industry. Most importantly, it supports the national agenda of enhancing Thailand’s potential as a Kitchen of the World.
