*Computer-assisted sperm analysis (CASA) is a method for analyzing sperm quality using computer software that provides detailed information about sperm characteristics that cannot be assessed visually. This analysis is performed quickly, allowing for the assessment of sperm motility, including the speed of movement, percentage of motile sperm, and movement patterns such as progressive movement, abnormal movement, circling, and backward movement. It can also measure the concentration of sperm in the semen.
