On 19 May 2026, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Dhiravit Chantip, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, together with the faculty administrators, program chairs, curriculum committees, and academic staff, warmly welcomed Associate Professor Dr. Malai Taweechotiphat, Vice Dean for Research of the Faculty of Medicine, Srinakharinwirot University, and her delegation on the occasion of their study visit and academic collaboration discussion.
The discussion focused on strengthening collaboration between medical and veterinary professionals to jointly conduct research and address health issues linking humans, animals, and the environment under the One Health concept in a practical manner. This collaboration aims to advance knowledge development and promote sustainable healthcare in the future.
During the visit, the delegation toured the faculty’s practical training facilities and supporting units, including the Nakhon Si Thammarat Livestock Hospital, Thung Yai Small Animal Hospital, Animal Diagnostic and Pathology Center, Central Laboratory Center, Aquatic Animal Health Research and Clinical Center, Reproductive Biotechnology Center, and Pet Resort. The visit also provided an opportunity to exchange knowledge and further strengthen academic collaboration networks between the two institutions.
